Ophthalmic Assistant: Responsible for the preliminary work-up of a patient exam; must be able to obtain patient history and/or chief complaint, scribe, refract, perform OCT, perform visual field, keratometry, contact lens fits, minor spectacle repairs or adjustments, knowledge of ophthalmic terminology, knowledge of and can educate patients about company products and services, works well in high volume and high stress environment, easily adapts to patient and provider needs, works quickly and efficiently, maintains accurate data in patient charts, professional appearance, positive attitude, works effectively alone of with a team, has a sense of urgency, can take direction, and adapts easily to change. This position may be required to travel among satellite offices and is required to work a rotational Saturday. Bi-lingual preferred.

Optician / Optical Dispenser: Responsible for greeting, sales, and follow-up with customers purchasing products from our dispensary; must have knowledge of company products and services, knowledge of vision plan insurances and claims processing, frame selection and styling, knowledges of lens types, can explain the features and benefits of different products, educates patients on maintenance and care for products, has basic and advanced mathematics skills, has ability to work well in a high volume and high stress environment, works effectively alone and/or with a team, computer literate, has a positive attitude, professional appearance and has superior time management skills. This position may be required to travel among satellite offices and is required to work a rotational Saturday. Bi-lingual preferred.

Customer Service Representative: Responsible for greeting and providing exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers; must have in-depth knowledge of company products and services, knowledge of health and vision insurances, understanding of patient flow, ability to expedite, maintain accurate data, collect and process payments, works well in a high volume and high stress environment, work effectively alone and/or with a team, computer literate, have a positive attitude, professional appearance, and adapts easily to change. This position may be required to travel among satellite offices and is required to work a rotational Saturday. Bi-lingual preferred.

Scheduling Specialist / Surgery Scheduler: Responsible for accepting all incoming calls through phone queue and assisting patients with any appointments or requests as applicable; must have knowledge of company products and services, knowledge of insurances, ability to handle a high volume and high stress environment, must be computer literate, have a positive attitude, ability to diffuse emotional callers using empathy and professionalism, and adapts easily to change. This position may be required to work a rotational Saturday. Multi-lingual preferred.
