This position assists the provider in delivering patient care; should be able to perform visual acuities, diagnostic and specialized testing, administration of medication, injections, and assist with minor procedures and laser treatments.
In the performance of his/her respective tasks and duties, employee is expected to:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in hands-on medical/surgical setting preferred. Experience in Ophthalmology and/or optometry highly preferred.

This position will fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, fit and adapt frames, fit and adapt lenses, as well as complete the duties outlined below.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in optical sales preferred.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who wants to make a difference, to contribute to our success and is committed to providing exceptional service. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting and welcoming all patients, vendors, and staff who enter the building. They are knowledgeable and helpful at check-in, check-out, and generalized inquiries. This position can schedule/reschedule patients, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, confirm and call back appointments.
In the performance of his/her respective tasks and duties, employee is expected to:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume medical office setting preferred; previous experience in optometry and/or ophthalmology highly preferred.
