How Eye Centers of Florida Supports the Arts

Supporting the Arts

At Eye Centers of Florida, we don’t just serve communities throughout Southwest Florida — we’re part of those communities. Our desire to give back, as well as our respect for the arts, is the reason that we have been long-time supporters of the performing arts in our community.

For years now, we’ve been proud supporters of performances at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre, Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, and many others. While their seasons were put on pause in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team understands how important it is to keep the arts alive in our community.

Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre

Located between Tampa and Miami, Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre hosts over 170,000 guests every year and is in its 27th season. The theatre has four different performance spaces, including a 450-seat dinner theatre, 100-seat black box space, 120-seat dining room, and 30-seat space.

Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre is run by the Prather family, who have been in the theatre-production business for more than half a century. While their 2020 season has been delayed, 2019’s season included Finding Neverland, Beauty and the Beast, Once, Little Shop of Horrors, Guys and Dolls, and more crowd-pleasers. Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall

Barbara B. Mann was the woman responsible for bringing world-class culture and art to the Southwest Florida community. Now, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall continues her legacy by hosting productions throughout the year. Their stage often features Broadway tours, opera, ballet, touring comedians, and more.

While their 2020 season has experienced a longer “intermission” than expected, they have hosted virtual events and still have performances of some major productions on their schedule. Learn More About Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.
