I would be rating this review a lot less if it wouldn't have been for a certain person in the Billing department. Let me explain: I had been waiting for a refund from an overpayment, according to my insurance company, to Eye Care Centers of Florida since the middle of Oct. This company also agreed with the insurance company that I had overpaid on my glasses. Several times I went in and asked when this would be taken care, and was told Priscilla in Billing needed to be the one to take care of the refund. Both the receptionists and myself left emails and tried to get in touch with her by phone, but no response was ever given by Priscilla. Finally, I called the Billing department and was connected to a lady named Latoya. She took the responsibility to request a check to be made out to me and within a few days I received my check. Latoya went out of her way to get this overpayment resolved, and was the only one that seemed to care about me!! She got back to me when she said she would, and that is rare in this world today. You certainly have a gem in your employees that sets an example for excellence. I sincerely thank you again Latoya.
