Every employee I talked with was friendly, patient and professional. I have confidence in having an important procedure at this facility. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was 45 minutes past my appointment time when I was taken back. And, in the hour and 45 minutes I was there only 20 minutes (being generous) were spent being seen or processed, the remaining almost hour and a half was spent waiting.

Had a great experience here. My husband and I have both gone to the doc and share the same view. Staff was friendly. We recently moved to NM from FL! Why would anyone do that? Lol! Anyhow my husband lost his glasses during the move that the kind gal over the phone was able to send us his most recent prescription so that we may order a new pair. Thanks for loving your patients! We love you right back!

I went to the North Fort Myers office . The Eye tech ran several tests on me for an eyeglass prescription. She addressed my issues with cataract surgery and my dry eye problem.The Doctor than came in and told me the exact reason my eyes were seeing blurry. Back to surgery to remove some scarring .I love this office . Ive always walked away thinking , Im really blessed to have such good eyes care.

Awesome service and so professional

The optician there is beyond kind and goes out of her way to help you. She's funny, kind and after talking to her, she's an inspiration. I truly enjoyed my experience there. I know her name started with an L but I can't remember. All I know is she is great at what she does and she is compassionate. Thank you Eye Centers of SWFL for making my experience a pleasant one
