Your staff provided a five-star experience, but your mask requirement at your Ft Myers office is just ridiculous. I was there for about an hour and never witnessed anyone wipe anything down, from counters/desk/pens - even the glasses you try on, but you require a mask to be there?????

It was a good experiance.

My frames were not fitted/adjusted for comfort and are loose, sliding down my nose. Also they appear to narrow and delicate for a mans frame.

The staff was friendly the office was clean the waiting time was minimal it was a very efficient visit.
