I was a new patient, scheduled an appointment for me right away. Did have to wait a bit long to see doc on scheduled day of appt, but was at end of day. Staff helpful. Dr Chant is a great doc and great person. She is through and extremely kind and professional. I had a question a few weeks later and she called me back within a few hours.

He was down to earth, efficient. Did have to wait 45 minutes but he apologized. Had a problem that needed to be looked at by another dr ,on site, and Dr. Eiselman walked me to the other office and gave the info to desk and I was worked in in about 30 minutes. Very happy with both doctors and would recommend them to anyone. I have heard other people complain about their waits at other Eye doctor's offices.
