Dr. Hegleh has been my mother's doctor for years. I have had the pleasure of meeting him and his staff for the last few months. They are fast, thorough professional and most of all caring. We have had 6 appointments and they have always been on time...no long waits sitting in the waiting room like other doctors. My mother had cataract surgery and she also opted for the diamond lens implants at the same time...wow what a difference this has made for her vision and her health. They treated her like she was family. Just after the hurrican she moved in with me and my daughter. I work a lot of doubles through the week and my days off are Mondays and Tuesdays of course not the days he performs surgery. Dr. Hegleh understood that I need to work on the busier days in order to make my bills. He and his staff rearranged his schedule and set up her surgeries on Mondays to work around my schedule. I don't know of any doctor who would be so caring and understanding to do this for their patients. He even didn't charge us for 2 appointments...he told us not to worry about them and that he cared more about her well being. Try and find a better more caring or understanding doctor or staff...I promise you...you won't.
