My exam was performed in a very professional and timely manner. My glasses came in earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. I picked them up and left, the next day, I think, I came back and asked them to be adjusted. They were to tight behind my ears. The gentleman tried adjusting several times but didn't get it right.I came back the next day and a very nice man made several adjustments till he got them right.

I will have 6 procedures come Tuesday... Expensive for me and very trying.. hope this time all goes well

They were able to accommodate my schedule with a Saturday appointment, the staff was polite and very informative. Ive previously used Eye Centers of Florida and have always experienced great customer service.

Cheerful, helpful professional folks. My only negative: wait, wait & more wait. My actual face time with each person was less then 1/2 hour total, Yet I was there for nearly 1 1/2 hrs.
