My experience with Eye Centers of Florida has generally been very positive. This visit somehow got screwed up. After waiting a long time for the procedure and though my pupils were dilated, I was told I would need to come back another day, but when I balked at that, Dr. Brown himself intervened and took care of me. The next day I got a nice phone call, apologizing for the mix-up and as if that weren't enough, they sent me a lovely bouquet. I will definitely keep using them for my eye care.
