Dr. Ruiz was fantastic. She took the time to answer all of my questions and seemed to care about providing the best care possible. She is excellent at dealing with patients and puts you at ease. Everyone else was very friendly and supportive from the reception area through the eyeglass technician. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed through the process. Will definitely attempt to go to the Immokalee location again in the future. I prefer it much more than the Labelle location.
