Have only good remarks. Everyone was a pleasure, the building was draped in Nightmare Before Christmas for Halloween. Rather than certain offices everyone paid attention to what we said, like we were people worth listening to.I initially chose this office because it was close to home, but I will stay because they exceeded expectations.

THE DR Brown is awesome been coming to him since I was a young one. I would say that red head receptionist is rude as HELL.Advised him to get a new receptionist. THE tech are better then the receptionist.

I was very happy with Judith Ruiz-Arias' professionalism and care that she has given to me. She helped resolve a very complex situation with my eyes and I can't thank her enough for it. I am glad she is a part of the Eye Centers of Florida team and I plan on returning.

People need to quit it with all this "be prepared to wait an hour" bullcrap. This is Florida also known as the retiree capitol...if its an emergency go to the ER. I would really like to see a doctors office of any practice were a one hour wait is not normal. Maybe its a byass opinion because I work in the medical field so I know that behind the scenes some people require more time for their appointment than others.I have had nothing but great experiences every visit including my visit this pass Monday I walked in right at 8am no appointment. I needed an emergency pair of glasses...my current ones were cleaned and tightened. The wonderful lady put in my order and my new glasses were paid for and order was placed to be done by Friday all with 10-15 min.Keep up the great work and don't let negative comments decrease your motivation for all the good work you all do.
