Every employee I talked with was friendly, patient and professional. I have confidence in having an important procedure at this facility. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was 45 minutes past my appointment time when I was taken back. And, in the hour and 45 minutes I was there only 20 minutes (being generous) were spent being seen or processed, the remaining almost hour and a half was spent waiting.
