I was very pleased they had coffee in 2 spots to enjoy in the building! Very nice people. From a customer service perspective, they might want to brainstorm a little. I know it is not like you're buying a hamburger or a TV, but it was a little odd from other experiences with other doctors. We went to and waited in 10 areas over the span of 2 and half hours. I've been to surgical centers and eye centers many times. Never shuffled around so much, and I'm not sure why they needed to? With that many hands in the pot for one item, it makes me wonder if their is room for error? Left hand might not know what the right hand was doing. I will say they were a well-oiled machine, but a lot of cogs in that machine to keep it running. They also did the same tests their own center did at a satelite center. Maybe they were being thourough. I've seen similar centers where you see three people and are out in 30 minutes. Bring your phone or book and have a cup of coffee. AC is very nice there.
