1- RIGHT from the front desk - totally professionally, well mannered, patient with several things getting thrown in her direction- thank you Venise! 2- technical Ms. Stefania- Awesome! Knows her profession and was totally professional, treated me thoughtfully, listened to my "rantings" patiently and was very compassionate. 3- Dr. Thompson- A super down to earth, extremely intelligent doctor who also caught on by the technicans hard work that I could possibly NOT have glaucoma. I had been "diagnosed" with glaucoma 3 years ago,was told that I HAD to be seen every 3 months (4 times a year) and my left eye kept being in pain. Since I stopped taking the eye drops daily, it's been less than a week, I no longer have pain in my left eye. She will be monitoring it to make sure. I had gone to another eye doctor's office in between where I was initially diagnosed and the technicans ( knowing that their equipment wasn't functioning) had me stare at a white light for at least 5 minutes so by the time I got home they never got the results of the thickness of my eye nerve and I had to go home and rest for the entire afternoon in bed. People like myself that have had poor vision ( since youth) in the 1st place understand the importance of having GREAT professionals that treat people with respect and have functioning equipment. Kudos to Eye Centers of Florida!!! This is one's eye health and should not be taken lightly. THANK YOU!!! I'm so glad I changed my eye care professionals!!!!
