After receiving a phone call to reschedule my appointment due to the lost of Dr. Eiselman, I must say I was VERY skeptical of this appointment. My appointment was at 12:50 PM on 11/15 with Dr. Alyssa Keating, OD. I got there at 12:30 PM. Only one person was there that work in the Optical shop, she was very welcoming and stated everyone was at lunch. I can't remember her name but the one with the Tattoos. The MA that took me back and Kristin at the front desk were amazing. I want to thank Kristin you understood how important and fast I needed this information and she got the job done. My biggest pet peeve is great customer service and I got that. Being a Bus Operator requires more when you're a Diabetic 2. With everything I needed, I am grateful and appreciative for this staff. Thank you Dr. Keating and staff.
