Dr.Keating took her time with me to make sure that I understood the process and happily answered all of my questions. The staff was cheerful and very friendly. The south office is THE place to go with Dr. Frederick Brown! I went to him for years, then for some reason went to the north office last month. I was not happy with the north office. They didn't even dilate my eyes (and I have a lot of eye issues so they totally should have). They also got my prescription wrong, and my glasses were made wrong (and never checked). I went back to the south office to get it all corrected, and they got me a next day appointment for free, and are correcting my glasses for free. They are so nice, friendly, and accommodating...and know their stuff!! I highly, highly recommend them!
