After going to 4 other places including the Fort Myers office I came to this office to see if I could get some new prescription sunglasses. I had been told at the other places I could not get new lenses for the frames that I currently wear. The manager took the time to make a call to the manufacturer to see if they would make lenses for me. He was told that the frame was no longer in production so they will not fabricate new lenses anymore. The manager then told me he could have his own lab make the lenses for me. This was the only person to offer this service for my frames. We had them price out the custom lenses and also a new pair that I found that fit very well. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would definitely go back there again.

My overall experience was amazing, the girls kept me company with their humor. Staff is very kind, and helpful. Dr. Fernandez is such a nice doctor, I highly recommend going to this location. They fit your needs, and work around the costumer! They did above and beyond today by donating a pair of glasses to me, because my clinicals are next week and they understood my predicament. Love the staff, almost feels like Ive known them forever.
