Dr Spencer and staff are great! However, they are constantly overbooked and wait time, as I was told today, is not guaranteed. What? My wait time could be an hr or two before he walks in to see me. I dont mind a little wait, but no guarantee of when Ill be seen. Sorry being negative, but this is unnecessary.
