I am a VA patient, referred to ECF for eye exam. Dr. Spencer was great but advised me I needed cataract surgery before filling my prescription as it will change after surgery. I have not been contacted regarding cataract surgery. The VA told me to contact FEC and request the status of my surgery authorization. It has been several weeks and I don't have any info for the required cataract surgery and the VA told me it's out of their hands. I need follow up for cataracts it I need to fill my prescription or get the catracts removed. Please help.
