I gave them 5 stars and only because the staff was very good and professional. I would say that they do not do a very good job with the schedule. My appointment was for 1:55 and I was not seen until 2:25 approximately. This is my only complaint. I hope you will all do better in the future.

Dr Rubio and the staff at Eye Center of Florida are amazing. I watched staff members interacting with patients and treating them like family. While I admit I waited way past my appointment I didnt mind waiting. The waiting rooms are spacious and comfortable.Dr Rubio explained my procedure in great detail, the different options for the type of surgery I needed, and answered all the questions I had.I am choosing to have my procedure done with Dr Rubio because I am confident he will provide excellent care and I know Ill feel welcome going back.
